At BluePop Art, each piece is handmade with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).

Non-returnable items

Because of the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom or personalized orders

Digital downloads

Clearance / final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
(damaged/incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
